1). Hard chrome plating for the twin screws, especially at the metering section of the screws, which will make the screws more anti-corrosion, more anti-wear especially the feeding mix raw material including some acids or other corrosive substances.

2).The bimetallic barrel is centrifugally cast a 2-4mm thick alloy coat on the output section of barrel inner wall which has excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and high working temperature. And its useful service life is greatly improved contrast to the common nitrided barrel. Bimetal has more obvious advantages when processing high calcium carbonate powder PVC mixture to enhance the abrasion life.

Another bimetallic barrel is machining the grooves at output section of the barrel then spraying the alloy powder on the groove. The length is about 400-500mm.

3) High output with less energy cost reached by better designing for different raw material, formulation, products and processing equipment etc.

4)The compression ratio of the screw can be designed according to different raw material and products. Different design for barrel to meet with customer’s requirement on high cost performance for option.
